Well, this is a rather tricky topic to cover as it potentially encompasses so many things. Our first objective is constant support for our customers: once your web-site is up, we will stick with you. We believe that regular maintenance will provide you with a consistently successful site, so we will not put that task on hold to pursue new business. That's our promise to you and the basis for our business ethics.

Updating the site we created for you

For only $130 we can provide you with an online login where you can access the text sections of your site and edit them yourself. Then all you need us to do is program the tricky parts such as photo uploads, menu changes or adding more pages.

Many of our clients simply e-mail us with changes required, we perform them and send a bill at the end of the month. Minor adjustments can be made for as little as $10.

Expect most changes to take less than a week (it all depends on workload) however we do also cater for urgent updates. Large website overhauls can take around 1 month due to the to-and-fro required to get the right content and have layouts approved.

Updating your existing site

Do you have a database managed website, with a login so you can edit it yourself? Many people do, but then don't do the editing because it is too hard to navigate. We offer to do this for you: you say what you want changed, and we'll get down to the nitty-gritty and change it for you. Alternatively we can train you in the system so you understand it better and can go back to changing things yourself.

If you have a site, and your web developer is no longer supporting it, we can do the management and maintenance for you; saving you a great deal of hassle. If you have extras you would like added to your existing site, such as an ordering page or a video, we can take the pain out of the process at very affordable rates.

Promoting yourself better online

Websites can be unsuccessful for 2 main reasons:

There is not enough traffic to your site
There is traffic but no sales/conversions

We work with you to assess both of these concerns and find out where you can improve your online marketing strategy. We believe you cannot hand over such a task completely as it is quite an involved process so we will keep you personally involved.
