Manage Your Site Yourself

Many of our sites are built so that their owners can make changes to the content themselves with very little difficulty.

If your site does not have this feature enabled (whether we built your site or someone else did) we can add it to your site for a minimal cost. You will then be provided with a login where you can edit any sections of your site you wish to yourself. Then all you'll need us to do is to handle the more complex changes such as photo uploads or adding more pages or extras such as flash, image effects or scrolling text.

Let Us Manage Your Site for You

Many of our clients simply e-mail us with changes required, and most of the time we can peform them on the same day.

You can expect most changes to take less than a week (depending on our workload) however we do also cater for urgent updates.

Larger website overhauls can take around 1 month due to the to-and-fro required to get the content right and scheduling with our other work.

We use a time logging system so we can break up maintenance work by the minute. Then, at at the end of the month your fee is calculated and we dispatch our invoice.

Because we are a small company we don't need to pay extraneous staff members to do work that you'll never need so you're only ever paying for what you use, i.e. there are no ongoing "maintenance" charges - you'll only receive a bill if you actually get us to do work.

Make Changes To Your Existing Site

Do you have a database managed website, with a login so you can edit it yourself? Many people do, but then don't do the editing because it is too hard to navigate. We offer to do this for you: you say what you want changed, and we'll get down to the nitty-gritty and change it for you. Alternatively we can train you in the system so you understand it better and can go back to changing things yourself.

If you have a site, and your web developer is no longer supporting it, we can do the management and maintenance for you; saving you a great deal of hassle. If you have extras you would like added to your existing site, such as an ordering page or a video, we can take the pain out of the process at very affordable rates.

Changes/Updates To Your Client's Sites

If you're a graphic designer or website content provider, you may have clients who want you to take full responsibility for their websites. This could include creation, maintenance, updates and enhancements. We can help you with all of this, you might need only a small amount of help from us to compliment your existing skill base or you may need us to take over whole sections of your customer's requirements - whatever it is that you need we can safely say it will be a satisfied need if you choose to work with us.
