Ollie Brooke - Web and Database Programming

Ollie joined us in June this year and has had an amazing impact on our productivity. Not only does he know what he is doing in the coding arena, he is fast, and thinks outside the square.

Most of the 'cute' ideas for upgrades and funny elements to be added to sites come from Ollie's twisted irish mind.

With a background in Computer Science, Ollie is also a well-known DJ and has developed a successful house music community online at his website: PureHouseMusic.net.

Lisa Christie - Graphic Design

Lisa has a gift for all forms of graphic design, and has a flourishing business in Port Macquarie. XYZ Support is fortunate to have talent of Lisa's calibre on our team.

Lisa is responsible for the layout decisions for more than half the work we do at XYZ Support. She ensures that a client's branding remains consistent with current material and has so many fabulous ideas that she always succeeds in producing a concept our clients love.

Her design business Visual Edge - Simple Solutions in complex times recently won awards from Customer Care and Australian Home Businesses.

Phillip Laing - IT Support

Phil came on board as an IT Support affiliate in July 2010. He has over 15 years "hands on" experience in his profession working on corporate networks through to single user pcs.

Phil is another of our external specialists, working primarily in Microsoft Server side deployment, trouble shooting and network design. His business ASC Consultants was launched in 2000 and has only been growing since.

Mike Jacobson - Website Content/Copyriting

Mike's media and corporate communications resume dates back longer than he cares to remember; suffice to say that he's old enough to have gone to school when English was taught properly!

His aim is to get your message across clearly and succinctly, with a marketing angle  focusing on how you can satisfy your customers' wants and needs. He'll write snappy copy from your notes, or sub-edit your draft to give it a professional edge. So don't despair if stringing sentences together doesn't come naturally. Mike's gift of the gab will ensure that you're never short of a word.

Matthew Bradley - Flash

Matt is based in Sydney and has been on the team since June 09. His background is in website design & multimedia, and his excellent attention to detail ensures fully functional website components that encourage people to return, over and over again.

Fiona Muras - Home PC Help & tuition

Fiona is another of our external specialists, assisting with IT support and at-home tuition requests. A single mother of two, this amazing woman recently passed her recent IT Certification 2 with flying colours and is now applying these skills in the field.

Fiona's most fabulous qualities are her endless patience and friendly attitude. Lessons with Fiona are not only informative but fun too!

Rohan - SEO & Programming Assistant

Rohan is our youngest member, working with us casually while he studies his school certificate at St Paul's High School.

Having great attention to detail and a keen interest in computing, Rohan is learning web programming and helps out as a seccondary coder on some of our larger jobs. He is also your man if you need your business added to web directories, re-formatting of your computer, or data organisation & processing.
